Easter production

When I think about Easter candy, I think about marshmallows!
They're the most popular non-chocolate Easter candy ever and loved by all. 
But have you ever had our homemade marshmallow?

We specialize in making a variety of marshmallows from scratch including peanut butter, toasted coconut, Neapolitan, vanilla, chocolate, & french toast.

The most popular is our marshmallow egg, especially during the Easter season.

 We even produce it all year long to keep our customers happy (and us too!)

 The ingredients are delicately whipped to perfection & hand piped by our Production Team onto buttered sheet pans. Once they tighten up, they are covered in chocolate, bagged, & brought into our store ready for purchase! They are simply delicious and we love making them. They are light and fluffy and have a wonderful vanilla essence.

As mentioned in the previous post, Easter is our largest holiday at The Fudge Shoppe.

We produce thousands of chocolate bunnies, custom Easter baskets, delicious marshmallows, peanut butter & coconut eggs, gourmet truffles, & lots of seasonal confections for our customers to enjoy! Did you ever think about where the production is happening?

Our Production Team works diligently upstairs above the retail store. Our candy maker cooks fudge, caramel, nougat, jellies, & almond butter crunch in a big copper kettle in our kitchen. Upstairs we have 2 large enrobing machines, one for milk chocolate and one for dark chocolate. Our candy is transferred onto a belt, run through a chocolate curtain, dried for 7 minutes as it travels through the enrober tunnel, and is boxed at the other end. The other side of the room houses our Station Production Team. They make our hollow and solid moulds all year long, as well as our candy bars, peppermint bark, thin mints, & custom moulds.

 We are proud to produce the best chocolates and candies around.
