Have you loved our candy for as long as you can remember? Rich Gilchrest has been our head candy maker for the past 30 years! He creates our delicious fudge, marshmallows, almond butter crunch, nougat, jellies, caramel and SO much more! When he started working here, a lot of these candies were bought from other candy makers. He changed this by realizing we could make it ourselves! Our candy has only gotten better over the years & that's what makes us the best! He constantly strives for our shoppe to be making the best product and is always encouraging the team to do their best. 

But it's not just Rich that makes all of these candies! There's an entire production team working together to make these delicious chocolates and candies. Steve, Taylor, Ryan, & Anthony are making our goodies daily.  They make everything you are enjoying! They chocolate cover the fresh fruit every single day! Mr. Burry used to hand dip the fruit, as well as our production team, but we've found that enrobing it is much more efficient.

Did you receive a chocolate bunny during Easter or any of our other moulds during the year? You can thank our moulding team for that! For over 5 years, Adam Gilchrest has been our head chocolate moulder, recently adding his wife Basha & her best friend Lindsey to the team! Every holiday we have a selection of seasonal moulds, but we also have a variety of moulds all through the year. Kittens, trains, puppies, & monkeys; these are just a few of our most popular moulds. The team also makes our non pariels, gourmet truffles, and thin mints!

Do you love our selection of gift baskets? You can thank Leslie, Mr. Burry's daughter. She has been making our gift baskets for a really long time and puts a lot of thought and love into each one. Susan, Mr. Burry's other daughter, purchases all of our candies that we do not make like gummi bears & licorice! Both Leslie & Susan work together when ordering and taste-test everything we purchase to make sure it's of the highest quality. We also only purchase candy made in the USA.

Mrs. Burry & her sister Esther assemble all of our gift boxes. Each gift box is hand packed by these wonderful women! They also box up all of the almond butter crunch & most of the favor orders. They work really well together and take pride in making each item special.
