S'mores!

Summer is almost over. That means BBQs and pool parties are coming to an end. I love summer time food, especially desserts! One of my favorite summer treats are s'mores! Nothing beats a warm, gooey toasted marshmallow on top of a piece of chocolate, sandwiched between two graham crackers. But you can't always make one on a fire or you may not have all of the ingredients. Luckily, we make s'mores all year round at The Fudge Shoppe. You will never be without your favorite summer time treat!

First we chocolate covered graham crackers. Then we take our homemade vanilla marshmallow and cut them into squares that fit perfectly on a graham cracker. 

The marshmallow square is placed on the chocolate covered graham cracker. Then they're covered with chocolate. We use a little tool that looks like a fork to make a special design on top. They travel through the enroeber until they dry and are bagged up. 

We make them in both milk and dark chocolate. They're so delicious! I love to cut mine into 4 small pieces and savor each and every bite! Yum! Some people even like to freeze them and eat them cold.
